Terri Schiavo...

Update: There are some interesting comments on Spunky Jr.'s post about Terri Schiavo. I'd encourage everyone to read them. The other view of Terri's death is expressed ever-so tactlessly and Spunky tries to defend life. If anyone is looking for a good debate, head on over to visit Spunky Jr.

Agent Tim
is still collecting links for his blog roundup so as soon as you've finished writing up your post about Terri, go ahead and email him the link!

One year ago today, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed and she began to starve. Some people thought it was the right thing to do because they didn't think she should have to "suffer" anymore, others knew that by removing her feeding tube, Terri would slowly begin to die a death of starvation that would make her suffer more than she had in all the years together with a feeeding tube. But today, I ask you, are we going to keep letting this happen? Are we going to keep murdering the children or grandchildren of someone else? How would you like to be the mother who knows that her little girl is starving to death in a hospital bed?

We can't bring Terri back. But hopefully we can prevent this from happening to other people. As long as a person's heart is beating they have every right to be kept alive, no matter what.

I urge all of you bloggers out there today to write a post about Terri. About life. Show everybody else that killing Terri was wrong. Who knows, maybe we'll be heard?!

*Go ahead and email
Agent Tim the link to your Terri Schiavo post and he'll put it up on his blog post today.
